Welcome to Friday Potluck #13!
Well kids, this is it. My last post as an employed person in Colorado. So hard to say goodbye to the "family" I have at work... and I'm intentionally not going to be wearing makeup today, since I know there will be tears. There have been ups and downs over the past years, but I really have grown close to the people I work with.
Since we'll be on the road and somewhat unsettled the next several weeks, I've gone ahead and pre-posted and scheduled several weeks' worth of Friday Potlucks. I will do my best to visit everyone's posts in the coming weeks and to update with my favorites, but if I don't visit and comment, please know that I love you dearly for coming to the party with your favorite dishes!
Last week's favorites:
Sweet & Sour Chicken
by Debbi @ Debbi Does Dinner Healthy
I love sweet & sour chicken, and I love that she's made it from scratch! How yummy!!!
Cranberry Pomegranate Spaghetti
by Miz Helen @ Miz Helen's Country Cottage
Miz Helen has taken my favorite fruit (pom), my favorite vegetable (broccoli), and my favorite overall meal (pasta) and combined into something wonderful!
by JL Heath @ Alternative Health & Nutrition News
I love gumbo. A lot. I was so glad to see that first-time potlucker JL brought this awesome dish this week!
by Halie @ Halie's Kitchen
Halie has used some amazing flavors -- coconut milk, garlic and ginger in this dish, and I can't wait to try it!
by Sugar Swings
Sugar Swings is new to Friday Potluck and I just love the creativity poured into these cupcakes! Gorgeous!!!
