@ Debbi - the curried mayo is great - just had some of the leftovers on a sandwich today and it has just enough flavor to carry deli meat and cheese and make it interesting! And though I am by no means a vegetarian, whenever I cook meatless, hubby always makes great suggestions for how to make things "less vegetarian". lol
