Friday Potluck #9

I absolutely love hosting Friday Potlucks! I get so many opportunities to check out new recipes and getting to meet new people!

For example, last week I made several new friends, including Katie @ Wonderland Kitchen, who approached me about doing a guest post! So next week, you'll see me at the inaugural Feature Friday at her blog, talking about my Crock Pot Stuffing recipe! Be sure to check me out -- you'll get a reminder next week. :)

Lots of little news tidbits this week:

Friday Potluck is now DAILY!
How? you ask, when Friday comes around only once a week?
Through Twitter, there is now a Friday-Potluck Daily, an electronic paper published every evening with everyone's tweets from the previous day.
To participate, please comment on this post to let me know that you've joined the Friday Potluck, and be sure to let me know your Twitter handle.

U Comment, I Follow
Inspired by Alex @ A Moderate Life, EKat's Kitchen is now an I Follow blog; basically I've disabled the auto-setting for Blogger that makes it harder for search engines to pick up on your links. Read more about the U Comment, I Follow movement here.

Giveaway!!!
This is the last announcement before I showcase my favorite posts from last week. But yes, I'm going to start doing giveaways at EKat's Kitchen. On Monday, I will be opening a giveaway for a gift certificate to CSN stores. My very first giveaway! I'm excited, so be sure to check in.

Now, onto favorite posts from last week:
