I&#39;m going to bookmark that site.<br /><br />I don&#39;t use pre-mixed curry powders often just because I&#39;m fortunate to live near where I can get the individual ingredients at a good price, and I use them often. <br /><br />Don&#39;t let anybody tell you that it&#39;s inferior. It&#39;s just specific to a particular type of curry. There are lots of good pre-mixed powders and as long as they&#39;re not full of salt, they&#39;re great.
