I don't use pre-mixed curry powders often just because I'm fortunate to live near where I can get the individual ingredients at a good price, and I use them often.

Don't let anybody tell you that it's inferior. It's just specific to a particular type of curry. There are lots of good pre-mixed powders and as long as they're not full of salt, they're great. Especially if you don't make curry often and don't feel a need to own a one-pound bag of corriander :-) Many of my Indian spices seem to come in these giant bags.

I love the sauce in here, just made one myself, but the addition of orange peel is intriguing... going to try this tomorrow! I will have to try and find the yellow curry powder...
